Hey Roguetaver, thanks so much for making this game, I wasn´t expecting the ending and all the cars to magically attack me while playing your game, there was even a part of the gameplay that I mysteriously got killed and it was fun, good one!
The Parking Lot hit all the right notes for a short, but effective indie horror title. I'd personally recommend this for those who are looking to delve into indie horror games as a taste of what effective horror looks like.
Has a very unique and interesting idea. No one likes losing 30 grand! Gameplay is around 5 minutes long.

My thoughts on the game:
The ending was a little anticlimactic and random, you find your car and are suddenly surrounded by monsters? whaT?
There is no explanation to the monster - it's appearance and disappearance into thin air. If the protagonist was shown to be under medication such as "I need to get my medication", it would've made more sense for everything.
I wish the game was longer, it's such a unique idea.
The monster is very visible, makes no sound, and is easy to outrun. If it showed up with a bang/screaming etc.. and chased you with sounds or an animation, it would be 10x scarier.
Imo for static monsters I think it's better to take inspiration from IMSCARED. The game uses the darkness and sounds to freak you out by giving you less and less information on where the monster is, while of course you walk through a whole parking lot maze. This game on the other hand, lights everything up and makes the monster quiet.
There's a black box way off in the distance that can be seen.
Overall, amazing concept and nice graphics. I wish the game took a scarier turn though with the use of sounds, darkness and a car-maze type of pattern. (Fog could've also helped a little)
Hey thanks for playing! Your feedback was great , I agree with everything, I made the whole thing in around 10 days, so it was pretty rushed, thats why there are a lot of things that could be better. Your youtube channel is awesome also, keep up the great work!

First of all I think is awesome that you guys are making speedruns of it, so thanks. So, about the 1.0 version, I dont think that the changes are going to help you save any time. The three changes were about the lights, sound and the ramp, in which I put a huge rectangle so that the players dont fall off the building. But I would love to make a version to the speedruns, if you could tell me what I have to do to help you guys, ill do it. Anyways, thanks
Ah shoot, when I saw "fixed a ramp" I got my hopes up. If anything, I would love if an in-game timer was available. It's annoying bc I have to go and open up my video editing software every time I think I get a PB. Below are the current timing rules. Thanks for reading my comment btw :)
time starts as soon as the loading screen ends and "Find your car" appears in the UI.
time ends as soon as the car rusts and "DIE" appears in the UI.

This was a cool horror game! Definitely spooked me a couple times! For a game made in 2 weeks it was well made. I just wanted to go home!
